Detailed Itinerary
The Experience
The Truffle Hunting Begins!
Your guide? A skilled truffle hunter and his loyal truffle dogs. From the moment we step into the forest, the excitement kicks in. Noses to the ground, the dogs lead the way—sniffing, digging, and triumphantly unearthing truffle after truffle.
It’s a thrill to watch them in action and even more fun to follow them through the woods. They pause for a well-earned reward—praise, cuddles, and treats. All the while, you’re learning everything about truffles: their species, how to bring their magic into your kitchen, and more.
Education and fun come together on this unique journey.
Mushroom Tasting Under the Trees
What better setting for a tasting than under the shade of century-old trees? Sample a handpicked selection of mushroom-based delights from our Museum’s exclusive collection. Wine is poured, soft drinks flow, flavors unfold, and your senses are transported. A simple moment turns into a celebration of nature and taste.
The Grand Finale: Truffle Pasta
Now it’s showtime for our chefs. Using a custom-designed forest cooking pan (yes, you read that right!), they prepare a silky truffle pasta infused with wild mushrooms.
The result? A dish layered with richness and depth, topped with thin truffle slices that bring pure elegance to every bite. As the scent fills the air, we learn the secrets of cooking with truffle. The pasta is served, and a taste paradise unfolds in all its glory.
A Museum Like No Other
And the journey doesn’t stop there. At the Mushroom Museum, we dive even deeper into a world full of mystery, folklore, and science. Through a guided tour, we discover the hidden wonders of fungi—and their cultural and biological value.
Before leaving, visitors can choose from over 80 mushroom and truffle products created by the Museum—ideal as gifts thanks to their excellent packaging and outstanding
quality.
Each one a flavorful souvenir of your forest adventure. A unique way to continue your journey into the world of mushroom flavors and aromas.
